In this University of Regina summer brochure, you will find pages highlighting all of the summer programs we are offering for the 2010 season. Make sure you check out the new camp programs! We hope you like this brochure format and find it helpful.

The University of Regina is proud to offer quality instruction at an affordable price. Our goal is to provide a quality summer experience and memories to last a lifetime. The coaches have designed their Cougar sport camps to give each participant a good foundation in sport skills, techniques, and the strategies of the game.

Our sport school instructors have developed their programs to ensure each camper has a tremendous experience while having fun in a recreational environment. This will set the groundwork for a quality camp experience!

Our Red Cross Swim Program offers participants an incredible opportunity to learn how to swim well and have fun.

Registration begins March 15, 2010
* Download and print the registration form
* Find the course number (CRN) of the program that you would like to register in and record it on the form along with the course name, start date and price. GST (if applicable) is included in all of the program prices. If choosing the meal plan for Cougar Sport Camps, please ensure to record the appropriate code and amount on the form. Please ensure to include any discounts on the registration form.
* If you have any medical conditions to report, complete the Informed Medical Consent form on the reverse of the registration form.
* Registrations will not be processed unless accompanied by payment and are on a first come, first served basis. Please make cheques payable to the University of Regina. Sorry, we do not accept post-dated cheques.
* Please use a separate form for each participant.
* Please retain your official receipt and confirmation if it is required for income tax purposes. Only one receipt will be issued.

Once your registration has been processed, your receipt and confirmation, including detailed program information, will be e-mailed to you. All programs will be held at the University of Regina unless otherwise indicated.

Refund Policy
There will be a 10% administration fee for all refunds requested with at least eight working days notice of course start. A 50% administration fee will be assessed for refunds requested within seven working days of the camp start date. No refunds will be issued after the start of any session except for medical reasons. (A doctor’s note is required.) If the withdrawal is for medical reasons, a prorated refund minus the 10% administration fee will be assessed. A course transfer fee of $10.00 will be assessed for any course changes requested after the start of the class. The University of Regina reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient registration or other unforeseen events. If this occurs, participants will be given every opportunity to transfer into another class or full refunds will be issued. The University of Regina reserves the right to refuse enrollment and/or dismiss a participant if it is in the best interest of the individual and/or program. In the event of a dismissal, a prorated refund will be issued. The University of Regina will not be responsible for any misplaced, damaged and/or stolen personal belongings.

Cougar Meal Plan
Cougar Sport Camps: The optional meal plan for Cougar Day Camp participants is held at Luther College and offers a hot “all you can eat” buffet style meal. If choosing this option, please record the appropriate code, amount and date of program on the registration form.

There is no lunch program for Summer Sports School programs.
