University of Regina men’s basketball head coach James Hillis announced Friday that 6’5” Campbell Collegiate forward Matt Campbell has committed to the Cougars. Campbell helped the Tartans finish second in the 5A city championships this season and was part of his school’s city and provincial championships in 2009.
